·       Understands project management tools and principles (requirements, scheduling, risk mitigation, budget, and metrics)​

This role will lead the delivery of projects, following principles of Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VA/VE), working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver VA/VE project(s) that meet program time, quality, and cost targets. ​

• You will be part of a cross-functional team working with manufacturing, supply chain management, R&D team members focused on delivering cost reduction designs across the business product portfolio​.
• Resolve complex problems by facilitating engineering activities and applying problem-solving processes​.
• Collaborate up, down and across the organization to obtain results by communicating openly and actively listening​.
• Continually identify technology upgrades and cost reduction opportunities to keep the product portfolio in a competitive position.

·       Bachelors or master’s in engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer science or equivalent

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivery of VA/VE projects in electronic system/sub systems.

Required:

·       Problem solving skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions​.

·       Technical expertise: knowledge of engineering, design, and manufacturing processes, and their impact on cost, quality, and delivery​
