Your Job

·       Commercialization project engineering support; 

·       Chengdu Manufacturing engineering support; 

·       Engineering support for other design center; 

·       Provide design support for new products or extension under development. 

·       Provide engineering support for plant improvement activities; 

What You Will Do

·       Capacity tool expansion engineering support; 

·       Tool transfer/Manufacturing location transfer engineering support; 

·       Material change or material de-sourcing engineering support; 

·       Engineering in reviewing and interpreting customer design requirements from Marketing, Sales or Customer drawings or specifications.

·       Engineering in generating design proposals in the form of CAD models, drawings or sketches. 

·       Engineering in preparing preliminary CAD design models, sales and engineering drawings, and other design specifications such as product, material specifications. 

·       Engineering in performing production verification activities; 

·       Engineering in the release of drawings and support document required. 

·       Engineering in submitting product for reliability/screen tests; Provide design support for product modifications and/or extensions; Be an engineer in responding to customer complaints on design related issues.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

·       University Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, and above.

·       Able to communicate (reading, writing, speaking and listening) in English; 

·       Be aware of product design process; 

·       At least 1 year of mechanical design experience and application;

·       Connector/Mechanical design and manufacturing technologies. 

·       Connector materials – resin and metal; 

·       Problem solving skills –8D.
