Your Job
As a tooling engineer you are to carry out CAD and 3D updates to the tooling, as well as proposals for repairs and/or improvements to the moulds.
Our Team
The tooling and A tooling engineer is responsible for the design and development of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other types of equipment used in manufacturing processes. They work closely with production engineers to ensure that the equipment meets the specific needs of the production process.
What You Will Do
- Evaluate failures during tooling operation.
- Choosing the best repair alternative
- Proper Tooling Repairs
- Mold failure type analysis
- Analyze and classify the necessary spare parts for each tooling
- Development of team
- Build capacity in direct reports
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Previous experience as a leader in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience on a similar role (Tooling)
- English Intermediate
