We're in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Global Content Specialist to become part of our Employer Branding team with Koch Recruiting. This role involves creating captivating and SEO-optimized content across various digital platforms such as our careers website, social media channels, and email campaigns.

What You Will Do
- Strategic Content Collaboration: Work closely with regional strategic partners within the employer branding team, as well as stakeholders from communication and HR across Koch's diverse businesses. Together, craft and execute strategies that guide prospective targets on a seamless journey to and through our careers website.
- Content Creation: Curate and create top-tier, captivating content that emphasizes storytelling. This content should authentically capture Koch's principle-based culture, positioning the company as a unique and preferred employer in the eyes of our prospects.
- SEO Enhancement: Incorporate relevant keywords and adhere to optimal SEO practices within the content to enhance search rankings and attract a wider audience.
- Writing, Editing, and Proofreading: Quickly generate written content for our platforms and channels as needed, while ensuring grammatical accuracy and alignment with brand style guidelines.
- Effective Content Distribution: Coordinate the seamless dissemination of content across diverse platforms and channels. Provide assets, templates, and self-service tools for our business partners, guaranteeing a consistent and cohesive employer brand experience.
- Performance Analysis of Content: Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the performance of content. Make informed, data-driven decisions and implement enhancements accordingly.
- Production of Offline Content: Creatively develop content for spontaneous, short-term marketing requests, such as recruitment events or specific site initiatives.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience as a content specialist, content writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types and writing styles.
- Experience understanding SEO best practices and optimizing content for search engines.
- Experience conducting thorough research and gathering insights to create targeted and valuable content.
- Experience using content management systems (CMS) and knowledge of content marketing tools and strategies (drip/nurture campaigns, etc).
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
