SRG Global is seeking our next Molding Process Technician based in Evansville, IN.

Our team is responsible for updating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing molding equipment. We foster an environment for growth, encourage innovation and always prioritize safety.
What You Will Do
- Perform programming and setup of molding machines
- Troubleshoot molding process issues (flash, short-shots, sinks, splay, etc)
- Maintain robot arms and work cell assembly stations equipment
- Troubleshoot mold problems, develop root cause and provide a quick permanent corrective action and/or complete minor repairs
- Assist in performing mold changes and set ups as required within scheduled mold change timeframes utilizing process and cycle sheets.
- Change-out/purge and maintain material and central material feed systems as needed
- Coordinate mold set-up activities with production schedules to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiencies.
- Troubleshoot molding process issues (flash, short-shots, sinks, splay, etc)
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Must possess a minimum of one year experience in injection molding manufacturing
What Will Put You Ahead
- Mold setup experience
- Experience working with hand tools, diagrams, blueprints, schematics, gauges, and measuring instruments
- Experience troubleshooting mold problems, develop root cause and provide a quick permanent corrective action
For this role, we anticipate paying up to $28 hourly. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
