Molex LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst for Trade and Customs Operations. This position interacts regularly with internal and external individuals at many levels of the organization. This position is responsible for the administration, development, and sustainability of the CTPAT and AEO, for the AME Region (US, MEX, CAN) Security Programs.

What You Will Do
- Ensure compliance with the federal authorities & re-validation of CTPAT and AEO security programs in AME region, support other regions with best practices, process standardization, and knowledge sharing for the AEO programs around the globe.
- Develop CTPAT & AEO Supply Chain risk assessment process and maintain to keep current with changing requirements.
- Provide defect and root cause analysis on CTPAT & OEA processes and develop recommendations for enhancements to systems and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Develop a reporting mechanism to routinely report on the benefits of the Program and corrective action recommendations.
- Serves as the Corporate Principal Liaison, representing senior executive management to U.S. and foreign governmental agencies regarding the C-TPAT & OEA program.
- Coordinate inter-department initiatives with various teams, including but not limited to logistics, global security, procurement, customer service, sales, and finance teams.
- Good knowledge of DDTC ITAR/ BIS EAR controls
- Manage US tariff import classifications, to support the AME operations.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in a global manufacturing organization; with experience with US CTPAT and AEO programs
- Experience using SAP
- US Customs Broker License
