Be part of a global cross functional team that help to develop exciting products for the EV industries, globally. To review all cost structures of the Bill of Material structure to a given product and support Product Managers to provide an analysis of the cost structures with the aim to win a program with good profitability to the company.

What You Will Do
- To understand & scrutinize the cost breakdown of the components / assembly with supporting evidence to achieve profitability target given for a product line.
- To work closely with cross functional team to increase profitability through identification of cost drivers and contributing factors.
- To participate in new RFQ phases by working on the quotation, together with cross-functional team.
- Interact with the engineering team, procurement, quality, manufacturing, marketing and suppliers
- Coordinate project activity with marketing, quality, suppliers, laboratories, manufacturing, codes, and engineering functions
- Promptly anticipates cost overages or other unsatisfactory cost elements and prepares cost exception report.
- Primary responsibility will be to calculate part prices and tooling investments, both in new projects and support projects currently in progress
- Provide support during the change management process.
- Provide suppliers with in-depth technical updates regarding their production lines or layouts related to cost drivers and investments.
- Frequent visits to suppliers and technical exhibitions to maintain knowledge of current product methods and materials.
- Make assessment of cost provided by MIE / Sourcing
- Work closely with Product Managers to achieve the needed output as defined by customers.
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering / Accounting or its equivalent
- At least 5 years work experience in cost analysis field
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong analytical skill
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative and open to challenges

- Experience in component manufacturing method and related cost elements
