Your Job
Cooperate with BD to provide customers with solutions that align with the company's manufacturing capabilities and strategy. Conduct technical communication with clients in the early stages of the project and conduct feasibility study on the product. Responsible for completing product design and finished product drawings.
What You Will Do
- Understand the latest customer needs and research and development directions, answer customer questions and provide technical support to the sales team.
- Interacts with customers and BD to get new Products through PDR Review, Contract Review, Feasibility study.
- Input review, DFM review, Create initial Flow Chart and BOM.
- Support manufacturing engineers in completing product cost calculation.
- Product concept design and detail design, Output 3D and customer drawings.
- Support prototype manufacturing.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- over 10 years tech roles in Busbar business, both of low and high voltage application. Include: Powder coating busbar design (Server, EV…) lamination busbar design (Industry, New energy, Mass transportation…) Flexible busbar design (EV…)
- Strong tech background in busbar related manufacturing process Include: Turret punch and Laser cutting Press brake bending Power press stamping. Powder coating (dielectric function) Hot cold lamination Diffusion welding, Resistance welding, ultrasonic welding. Sn, Ni, Silver plating.
- Strong knowledge about Dielectric material Include: Epoxy powder Ridge dielectric material Lamination insulation film
- Familiar with MS offices application.
- Good English and Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Auto CAD, NX (Preferred)/Pro-E/solidworks.
- Good integrity
- able to think out of box.
- Active thinking and good at innovation.
- strong business sense
What Will Put You Ahead
- prefer in mechanics and fabrication from university
- Experiences of developing business is a plus.
- Familiar with physics simulation software is preferred.
