Koch Industries is seeking a Tax Manager to join a dynamic team. The tax team at Koch Industries takes greater ownership in their roles through an enhanced knowledge that comes from in-depth interaction with the businesses they support. Here, you can participate in planning and business consulting, tax position management, and database utilization for international transactions relative to permanent establishments. What You Will Do
- Build and develop relationships across the Koch companies to understand and optimize the various business transactions and structures from a permanent establishment perspective.
- Develop and maintain a database of guidance for tax positions relative to permanent establishment issues.
- Periodically revisit particular fact patterns with various business teams to ensure that the tax guidance given continues to be applicable.
- Review intercompany agreement provisions relative to permanent establishment concerns.
- Review updates to tax treaties and compare any changes to advice previously given.
- Manage multiple projects and communicate results to the team and leadership.
- Drive innovation and transformation within the tax organization in the Permanent Establishment (Taxable Presence) Capability
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience in a federal corporate income taxation role
- 1+ international experience
