What You Will Do
- 1.Execute CSBU Project Selection &Product Strategy framework for business development, Resource allocation & work continuous improvement action inside plant, linkage business unit strategy framework to ensure that the product and marketing efforts are tailored to support business unit overall mission, strategy, and goals.
- 2.Work with GPM as business partner to understand new product and project Y to Y business launch, growth status, customer strategy ,target/market price , L/T, product strategy for those product launch in the plant. Work with GPM leader to set the revenue and profit budget in plant annually and tracking the result by every month.
- 3.Handle the customer plant visiting and present/promote plant capability and coordinate with GPM/GPM leader to present the product roadmap and capability if customer visit purpose with including this.
- 4.Lead/coordinate Plant Operation Teams and BU to offer solution to optimize cost and L/T to increase business pipeline.Address the escalation from GPM/GSM & coordinate with plant corresponding team with quick support and respond to fulfil customer expectation, such as quality or delivery, L/T issue
- 5.Coordinate S&OP for new product planning strategy & capacity loading review to stage the material and capacity at factory base on new project launch status.Coordinate with planning team to review existing products capacity loading and work with GPM for capital investments and drive the capacity expansion to meet customer expectation.
- 6.Support operation to review excess material and work on disposition proposal to minimize the scrap and order cancellation for charge.
- 7.Coordinate the PCN/ECN in plant with GPM & GSM such as production location change, raw materials change, supplier change, 2nd source, process improvement and so on.
- 8.Co-work with plant Finance to review the new investment PAR before new project launch.
- Compare DMF COGS/Profit Vs Actual when new project handover to operation
- 9.Act as Project role for project to drive X-functional team to Identify risk, challenges, escalation, solutions & action plan to solve barriers during the project execution & product development activity. Identify NPI process gap in BU and plant, seek for streamline/optimize the process and product safety launch inside Molex.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 1.Bachelor Degree or above
- 2.5~10 years in electronic field
- 3.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
- 4.Power Point, MS Word, Excel, CRM and SAP.
- 5.Handle supervisory position in terms of product marketing, product management with high speed systems.
- 6.Understand the detailed operations activities and able to handle the small scale of operations cell.
- 7.Knowledge of how to formulate the costing in both NPI and mass productions.
- 8.Ability of champion profit and return on investment in behalf of global product managers to engage the plant and lead the cost reduction efforts, capacity planning and quality improvement to exceed business plan goals.
- 9.Knowledge of PBM and apply PBM through the entire business cycle and daily activities.
