What You Will Do
- 负责相关镀膜产品的膜系设计，改进镀膜工艺满足相关产品的镀膜性能要求；
- 根据产品镀膜工艺要求编制、更新、受控操作指导书并实施培训；
- 根据产品特点和镀膜工艺要求设计、改进和优化工装夹具，提高生产效率和产品质量；
- 负责相关镀膜不良品的分析、改善和处理；
- 配合研发完成镀膜新产品的研发、试制任务，跟踪镀膜实验过程，提供相应的实验数据和报告；
- 培训和监督员工正确操作、维护和点检镀膜设备和测试仪器及异常处理；
- 其他特命事项
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 专业要求：浙江大学、西安工业大学毕业或长春理工大学等，光学仪器或工程、光电、光学薄膜相关专业本科或研究生毕业。英语良好，具有较强的光学或光学薄膜专业知识，熟练使用TFCalc和Macleod膜系设计软件；
- 工作经验：2年或以上镀膜工作经历，熟悉常见膜系及镀膜工艺的设计；至少熟悉一种常见品牌镀膜机，如日本光驰、新柯隆或莱宝镀膜机的操作，熟悉镀膜产品相关测试仪器,如分光光度计、OSA和可调激光器的原理及操作；
- 熟悉常规产品的镀膜和清洗、检验方法及镀膜工艺文件和设备操作规程的编制；
- 熟悉常见镀膜过程异常的分析和改善方法。；
- 熟悉光通讯ISO9000或TL9000等质量管理体系的基本要求及运作；
- 逻辑思维清晰，具备良好的分析、解决问题能力和团队协作精神
