Summary**:
Koch Industries is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding top-tier talent and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, professional networking, and job fairs.
- Review applications and resumes, conduct initial phone, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback from interviewers, and ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and provide regular updates.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and finalize the hiring process.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a positive introduction to the company.
- Maintain accurate and up recruitment records and reports.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or similar certification.
