Molex LLC. is to deal with all quality related matters concerning products imported into Molex US Supply chain hub, as well as products sourced from Molex factories and from non-Molex suppliers. To interface with the Customer Service organizations in US and, as appropriate, with customers on quality matters.

Molex LLC is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. Molex offers over 100,000 products across a variety of industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics.
What You Will Do
Quality notification management:
- Manage quality notifications utilizing industry standard problem-solving practices.
- 5 why
- Fishbone
- Cause and effect diagrams
- Utilizing background/experience in the quality field to drive process improvements in the supply chain hub.
Containment actions
- Guide containment actions: Check stock and apply stock blocking measures as well as sorting and containment.
- Sorting activity - Guide sorting activities in the warehouse working with in house sorting team members. Record and provide results of sorting activities performed.
- Request RGA for customer material returns.
Quality inbound inspections
- Inspect damaged shipments at inbound and decide disposition on damaged goods.
- Inspect condition of customer RGAs and determine disposition for these RGAs. This can be sorting / book back into stock / return to factory / scrap. The process must be fully documented.
Maintain ISO Certification:
- Support to maintain the International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures. As well as support both internal and external audits.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 3+ years working in a quality role
What Will Put You Ahead
- A degree in an engineering related field
- 5+ years of quality experience
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse distribution
