Your Job
Oversee a comprehensive Safety, Environment and Health process and other tasks assigned by supervisor.
What You Will Do
- Well understand the whole picture of EHS work( ie have rotated in E, H, S field of work)
- Lead on the EHS related management measures implementation to build up/enhance the EHS culture in the company;
- Set up or Maintain ISO45001 & IS014000 ，Safety standardization安全标准化 System and drive continuous improvement;
- Drive and Work with the committee members as one team to continuously improve site safety performance;
- Organize periodical hazard identification, risk assessment, EHS inspections and internal audits. Follow up the corrective and preventive actions with responsible units;
- Regularly review the emergency response system, organize drills internally and with external parties. Review result and lead the improvement measures.
- Ensure the EHS laws and regulation compliance for the current facility, business and new projects;
- Ensure all applicable external and internal requirements are fulfilled through the implementation of corporate EHS standard, EHS policy/SOP/work guidance;
- Deliver and coordinate effective EHS training to company employees and to relevant company vendors/contractors;
- Attend government organized EHS meetings, convey relevant message to company management team, coordinate gap analysis and fulfillment/ compliance efforts;
- Ensure updated EHS laws, regulations and requirements are obtained on time. Keep close contact with related authority get necessary EHS approval/license for daily operations;
- Coordinate periodically EH related monitoring/test.
- Report & Investigate incident if happened.
- Deliver internal and external EHS reports.
- Implement occupational disease prevention, organize occupational health surveillance, and provide occupational health consultation for employees and plants.
- Provide guidance and assist with compliance to all applicable EHS Policies to provide for a hazard-free workplace for employees and guests
- Comply with TISAX requirements
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor degree （EHS related field is better）;
- Over 4-6 years working experience on EHS function (Global industry field ).
- Hold certificated safety engineer license ( better have ) ;
- Good written and Basic verbal English skills
