The Koch Capability Transformation Team at Koch Global Services is currently looking for a OneStream Product Owner to join our team. This position will primarily focus on the Record to Report capabilities, where you will play a crucial role in setting and communicating the overall vision and strategy. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the OneStream and Active Disclosure enterprise applications and related technologies for consolidations and financial reporting.

Koch Capability Transformation Team (KCTT) is a product centric organization that is aligned to Koch’s key business areas (e.g., Finance, Compliance, Legal etc.). What You Will Do
- Provide direction and prioritization to the product team that aligns with the stakeholder’s vision.
- Drive accountability with our product vendors for project or product deliverables
- Understand the market and leading practices within the marketplace for the product.
- Understand product costs and determine the cost recovery mechanism.
- Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the business process.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and IT teams to appropriately implement technology solutions.
- Work with the business to develop training plans and training materials that will be used in the training of end users on new systems and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology vendors to understand their capabilities and strategic roadmaps.
- Manage project or product scope by thoroughly understanding the business culture, environment, and people.
- Identify opportunities to leverage applications across the organization to minimize duplicate systems within the organization.
- Engage in analysis and decision-making processes for new initiatives.
- Communicate with leadership and stakeholders on current initiatives.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience working in large, complex platforms with business process workflow or leading IT projects implementations.
- Collaboration and influencing skills with peers and customers to influence and gain alignment on objectives across the globe.
- Experience working with product vendors, external customers and IT Teams for project deliverables.
- Experience developing training programs and materials for users of enhanced systems and products.
- Strong economic, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience implementing and/or supporting integrations and business processes in consolidations, financial reporting or OneStream application.
- Experience implementing projects using Agile methodologies.
- Experience determining product costs.
