Molex is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) to support the Vehicle Antenna Systems Business. In this role you will support our sales team in all aspects of the sales process and will be in contact with various stakeholders.

What You Will Do
- Day-to-day coordination and communication of business matters relating to customer sales while assisting with the overall organization of sales activities for a given customer
- Liaise with all internal departments involved in fulfilling customer requirements
- Prepare and complete customer requests for quotations, process and respond to customer sample requests and organize of these activities with appropriate follow-up support
- Assist in qualifying and processing new business opportunities (NBOs) and support the outside sales force in tracking and reporting NBO pipeline status using PowerBI
- Assist in updating marketing and sales forecasts and maintaining sales budget tracking information
- Maintain customer contact databases and other informational requirements
- Set up or modify customer master data in the ERP-System
- Working in the ERP-System to control customer call-off vs. forecasts
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to maintain price lists and serve as the interface to Finance/Logistics/Supply Chain departments
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- University degree in business administration, sales etc. or completed vocational training
- Experience in sales, inside sales or customer service
- Experience working within a multicultural, fast-paced corporate environment
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload
- Hands-on team player with the capability to work autonomously
- Customer-oriented approach
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in the automotive and connector industry
- Experience with Salesforce and PowerBI
