Your Job
Molex is seeking a Category Manager to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico! This role is responsible for Packaging, and will also participate in other areas of indirect spend such as contract labor, MRO and Facilities in our global procurement team. The successful candidate will have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, be high energy and self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills, be highly skilled in internal stakeholder collaboration and supplier relationship management. We also need someone with a high sense of urgency and accountability. This is a great opportunity to come in, learn, grow, and advance in future as Molex grows in Mexico and the USA.
