Molex is focused on data and its impact on business transformation. We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager responsible for managing complex and cross-functional programs that deliver data solutions to enable intelligent decision making.
As a Senior Program Manager for our data platform team, the Program Manager will be responsible for managing the overall program deployment of our data delivery capabilities that support our Intelligent Digital Supply Chain requirements. This person will with various stakeholders across the organization, such as business leaders, product owners, engineers, analysts, and architects, to define the program vision, scope, objectives, and roadmap. The Program Manager will also oversee the execution of the program, ensuring that the deliverables are aligned with the business needs, quality standards, and best practices.
What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end program management of the data platform deployment, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on the program goals, scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.
- Manage the program budget, scope, and timeline, and proactively identify and mitigate any deviations or risks.
- Monitor and report on the program progress, status, milestones, and outcomes, using appropriate tools and metrics.
- Ensure that the data platform adheres to the data governance policies and standards, such as data quality, security, privacy, and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to the project teams and product owners within the program, and facilitate cross-team collaboration and integration.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the program and the data platform team.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree computer science, engineering, information technology, data business, or a related technical field
- Experience working as a program or project management in data or technology domains
- At least 10 years of experience with data platforms, architectures, technologies, and methodologies
- Experience in managing large-scale and complex data programs or projects that involve multiple teams and stakeholders
- Excellent influencing, presenting and negotiating with stakeholders and Senior Leadership
What Will Put You Ahead
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Data, Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related technical degree
- Certification in PMP or PgMP
