Your Job

The Lower Line Process Engineer's responsibilities include analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards.

Our Team

You will be working under Float Line department and reporting to Lower Line Technical Leader.

What You Will Do

Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements.
Managing process documentation and preparing production reports.
Applying MBM guiding principles and frameworks in all activities.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field required.
At least 2-3 years working experience as Process Engineer or Industrial Engineer and familiar with manufacturing environment.
Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Office365software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) / AutoCAD or Sketchup are advantage.
Process flow / workflows optimization skill.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Can communicate in English.
