The Infrastructure and Site Reliability organization is a very large and diverse group of IT capabilities focused on improving IT operations and reliability at scale. We support GP IT from our manufacturing sites all the way to the cloud, focused on reliability of our operational technology footprint, and stability of our core infrastructure.

What You Will Do
- Active member of Infrastructure Reliability Leadership Team
- Consult with customers, site leaders, and other IT capability groups to understand their needs and recommend improvements to address cost and reliability issues.
- Assess the existing support processes, to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Help clarify standard work and support services for our internal teams. Provide thought leadership and lead design of streamlined and optimized processes, integrating best practices and innovative approaches to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives.
- Identify & leverage tools that align with the organization's goals, standards and drive digital transformation. Advance our standard support platforms to optimize & reduce complexity.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the transformed processes. Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the impact of changes, making data-driven adjustments as needed
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience working with manufacturing processes
- Experience leading and managing programs with set timelines, multiple cross functional stakeholder groups and defined deliverables
- Demonstrated experience to effectively communicate narratives to leadership at all levels within the organization
- Ability to travel up to 25%
What Will Put You Ahead
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
- Leadership Experience
- Experience in Program Management
- Experience working with within OT environments
