Your Job
Manage the GC sales and support team to ensure that the financial requirements of the Greater China operations meet the financial expectations of the company.
What You Will Do
- Mentor and develop the team to provide effective and accurate delivery of the correct guidelines on conducting business successfully throughout the region.
- Develop and grow the GC including Taiwan supply opportunities through reliable and ethical distribution partnerships.
- Develop and manage CI partnerships throughout regions.
- Ensure 10,000% compliance.
- Meet the financial objectives in region through developing appropriate project opportunities that will meet the required financial returns of the company.
- Develop and manage the Sales teams to ensure that the appropriate level of control and information is provided by the sales team and that there is continued development of cross departmental communication and co-operation in line with the MBM principles.
- Develop and support the GC distribution partnerships though support, training, and ongoing monitoring of project opportunities.
- Develop and manage the relationship with distribution partners with a strong financial background to grow and develop our presence throughout Oceanic.
- In conjunction with distribution partners develop and grow a CI partner network in preparation for supporting the companies service led business vision.
- Ensure that all operational activities, contracts and business dealings are in line with the companies' compliance requirements.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Diploma degree or above, prefer in computer/engineering field.
- 5 years + experiences in structure cabling/IT related sales field with proved track record
- Preferred direct SCS/IP Infrastructure/Physical Layer experience,
- Good understanding of business metrics and data used in the market place and how it applies.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers and external contacts to effectively build relationships, respond positively to situations, and influence others.
- Organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload.
- Experience developing sales plans.
- Able to travel to customers as needed.
