- Quality planning of product design phase and process design phase;
- Plan and control products qualification from beginning of projects initiation to mass production;
- Ensure products deliver to production smoothly;
What You Will Do
- Perform quality planning according to new product development procedure for products development, ensure all product specification and customer special requirement be met;
- Owns Control Plans, Qualification Plans, Measurement Plans;
- Control plan, check list, visual inspection instruction training;
- Key team member of DFM and DFMEA and PFMEA;
- Lead of dimensional layout and disposition and drive for improvement of component and finish good;
- Execution & Documentation of Qualification Runs;
- Facilitation of gaging Needs;
- Lead MSA & SPC;
- Lead Process Sign Off (or similar) audit by the customer with cross functional team;
- Consolidation quality 19 tools result or PPAP Package;
- Go and See FMEA in production line or Process audit according to VDA 6.3 or Product audit according to VDA 6.5;
- Lead new products safe launch;
- Supplier PPAP approval and supplier process and product audit;
- Carry out 8D process if any complaint from customer and drive for root cause;
- Carry out 8D process if incoming non-conformance occurrence and drive for root cause;
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- 5-8 years working experience in quality control;
- Design engineer or process engineer’s background is welcomed also;
- Master quality principles and tools (e.g., MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control plan, PPAP,8D etc.);
- Understanding of IATF16949 or ISO9001;
- 6 sigma knowledge is preferred;
- Molding, stamping, plating, SMT, PCBA, electric component knowledge is preferred;
- Working experience in automotive industry is preferred;
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from cross function team and customer;
- Identify problem logically, Strong quality problem analysis skills and drive for improvement;
- Leadership for result-oriented;
- CET 4, good listening & oral & writing English skills;
- Proficiency with ERP/SAP, MS Office;
