The Flint Hills Resources (FHR) Corporate Services team is seeking a Vendor Audit Supervisor for our Audit Team!
Our Team
The Vendor Audit Supervisor reports to Audit & AP Director and has 4 direct reports. The position is based at the headquarters in Wichita, KS.What You Will Do
- Lead vendor audit team
- Identify and implement process improvement
- Partner with Audit leadership to successfully implement automated solutions in our processes
- Coach and develop accounting team members in accounting processes as well as PBM® philosophy and application
- Communicate with all levels of the organization
- Develop and foster good working relationships with customers to become the preferred partner
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years or more of experience in Accounting, Finance, or similar role
- Experience using MS Office Suite (Access, Excel - spreadsheet creating/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/analysis and formulas creation, etc.)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Audit process experience and/or process improvement experience
- Previous supervisor experience
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools for data visualization and data mining/blending such as PowerBI or other software
