Your Job
A Systems Analyst for our Blackline team will be responsible for understanding the account reconciliation and journal entry processes of our customers to help support their use of Blackline. This includes supporting our regular support requests and detailed troubleshooting of issues. This role will also involve partnering with system users on improvement opportunities, helping to align our processes with best practices, and facilitating migration onto Blackline from other financial close software.

What You Will Do
· Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the Koch businesses accounting close processes. Understand the fundamentals of how journal entries, general ledger balances, subledger details, and related processes interact with the Koch business ERP(s) and BlackLine to successfully optimize our tools, processes, and applications.
· Partner with customers and team members make recommendations, drive standardization, and build effective solutions using technology and process improvements.
· Responsible for maintaining the account information (ie. Account type, Frequency, Template Type, User assignment, Team assignment, Company Policy & Purpose, Reconciliation Procedure, Mass update account settings, Grouping of Accounts, due date settings, Alerts Settings, Item aging, Risk Rating, Certification and De-certification Codes).
· Responsible for educating and training global users on the usage of the BlackLine reconciliation tool and other features.
· Communicate with users related to system issues, including ensuring all key stakeholders are aware of progress and next steps.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
· Experience working in account reconciliation related applications; knowledge of reconciliation processes; knowledge and experience with journal entry functionality and lifecycle.
· Experience working with finance teams and analyzing requirements.

- Ability to work with minimal guidance and be an integral part of a highly functioning team
