Your Job
As a platform engineer on an Agile integration platform product team, you will work closely with team members in designing and developing an innovative user experience, core platform components and services, and connectors to non-platform systems. You will deliver user stories from the product backlog, prioritizing features and requirements based on business value and impact working closely with other developers and engineers throughout the product life cycle.
Our Team
As a part of the Digital Organization, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Integration Platform Engineer to join our team as we build and enhance our enterprise integration platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with software development and integration technologies. The platform engineer is responsible for designing and developing secure and reliable system integration solutions using a variety of platforms, services, protocols, patterns, and data formats.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies such as API, microservices, ETL, and message brokers.
- Strong understanding of UI technologies such as Vue.js, React, Angular
- Experience with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, EDI.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Experience with DevOps practices and secure software development life cycle
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working in a digital product-oriented delivery organization.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Experience building using iPaaS technologies such as MuleSoft, Confluent Kafka and AWS
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of platform infrastructure, services, security and applications
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

If you have questions, please speak to your recruiter about the flexibility and detail of our compensation philosophy. For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000-140,000. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
