Your Job
The Maintenance Material Coordinator will focus on material coordination for maintenance outages of our TTN Equipment. This includes a cross-functional team supporting maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment, facilities teams, supply chain teams and more. The hours for the position are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm to include weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. The pay range for the position is $24.13 - $36.54 based on experience.

What You Will Do
- Responsible for the fulfillment of all required material to support scheduled maintenance outages
- Identify material requirements and determine the best method for obtaining materials, utilizing on-hand company inventory and/or best sourcing practices
- Coordinate and ensure on-hand material availability to meet strict scheduled timelines
- Source, purchase, monitor, track, update and close purchase orders as needed to support planned outages Address and resolve purchase order, paperwork and shipment discrepancies
- Setup internal part numbers to accommodate new demand and ensure compliance within our internal systems
- Coordinate and monitor shipping and providing shipping status updates to the necessary customer
- Transfer, monitor, track and update internal material Stock Transfers as needed to support your planned outage requirements Identify trends and potential supply chain issues and collaborate with business partners to resolve the issue and/or improve the process
- Problem solve and research alternative means to meet demand requirements when needed
- Provide management oversight to ensure that the supplier is adhering to its specific contractual terms and conditions
- Provide PO approval authorization for the team
- Track part availability metrics that need attention
- Provide stocking strategy metrics that need attention Share feedback with leaders based on training and metric data
- Provide mentoring to team for sourcing and critical part checklists
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- High School Education or GED
- Minimum 2 years experience in Maintenance, Materials Management, Materials Coordination or Supply Chain
- Experience with Microsoft Office
