IT/OT Engineer (m/f/d)

full-time at our Rozenburg, NL site either 100% on site or in a hybrid-working model.

Your Job

You will be responsible for all the technology in our Invista plant in the Netherlands.

Our Team

Our team is a group of highly skilled IT/OT engineers who are passionate about designing and implementing effective information technology and operational technology solutions. We are dedicated to ensuring that our systems are efficient, reliable, and secure. As an IT/OT Engineer with Invista, you will be an integral part of our team. You will work closely with other IT/OT experts to develop, implement, and maintain effective solutions that support our business operations. We are looking for someone with a strong background in OSI Pi engineering. You should be passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems and have a track record of success in this field.

What You Will do

Work on designing and implementing systems to further optimize plant performance.
Support production and engineering teams in data collection, (statistical) data analysis, dashboarding and reporting on upcoming (potential) quality (issues) of raw materials, local Rozenburg intermediates and finished goods (QA/QC).
Participate in Management of change (MOC) studies and HAZOP’s (Hazard and Operability), regarding software changes performed onsite.
Together with sourcing, outsource design and installation work and partner with 3^rd party vendor on the implementation.
Work within the IT-OT team locally and globally to realize the vision of a connected worker, where the operations team will have access to their process data, whenever and wherever they need it though the available digital tools.

Who you are

Degree in Data Science or IT Engineering or similar
Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Process Analytics tools (e.g., OSI Soft, SEEQ, Asset 360)
Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL)
Excellent communications skills in English
Precise and analytical approach to work

What Will Put You Ahead

Expertise in data applications within the OSI PI software suite.
Expertise in data analysis
Expertise with Manufacturing Systems (e.g., DCS)
Experience within the chemical industry is preferred
Dutch language skills
