Our Team
Our Molex team in Hildesheim is an active partner in the automotive industry. You will become part of a highly motivated and dynamic team and will be able to work in a respectful working environment.
What You Will Do
- Administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication and preparation of and following up on meetings
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Order Management and checking invoices
- Guest relations
- Fleet management
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Very good organisational skills
- Fluent communication skills in German and English is an advantage
- Relevant experience in working with MS Office
- Class B driving licence
- Organisational talent, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
