This role will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Technology Center (KTC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant global exposure to the employees. This role is a part of the Guardian team within the KTC. Guardian, a Koch Industries company, is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of float glass and fabricated glass products. We manufacture and supply the building and automotive industry with a variety of exterior and interior products. The Coupa Admin will be a part of a global Coupa Admin team for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Technology Center (KTC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KTC rapidly scales up its operations in India, it’s employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization.

What You Will Do
- Understanding of business processes for countries / locations using Coupa
- Manages Content groups, Account security groups, Chart of accounts, Ship-To / Bill-To addresses, Approval groups, new custom fields etc. in Coupa.
- Manage user access/issues. Adding /deleting/ updating user’s access.
- Resolve Compass tickets according to Compass priorities/ Operational Level Agreement (OLA).
- Cooperation with 2nd line support (IT Admin) for all technical issue related to Coupa.
- Contact with Coupa support team for all technical issue/ questions/ problems related to Coupa. Support issue resolution in Coupa.
- Cooperation with Super users in order to apply the resolutions for outstanding issues / queries.
- Prepare Admin-specific reports as and when required.
- Informing users about process changes if needed.
- Participate in Coupa releases/ to go through the release notes to see if there are any changes that affect our business work flow or integration.
- Implement these changes after successful testing so we can upgrade our Coupa instance to latest available version.
- Active participation in Coupa training and webinar/ create working instruction for issues and process/ update if needed.
- Maintain the Coupa Admin library including the resolution instruction for new error type.
- Proactively Identifies opportunities for process improvements and automation using Coupa's features and communicate to relevant groups.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in Coupa Administration.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with workflow solutions.
- Flexibility and good interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and use technology to improve the efficiency.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Exposure to Accounts Payable activities.
- Experience in shared service center considered as an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
