Koch Fertilizer Dodge City, KS is seeking an Asset Manager who will play an instrumental role in ensuring our site meets its maintenance and reliability commitments to the business.
This role is eligible for relocation and sign on incentives.

- Analyzes asset performance, conducts RCFA’s and develops equipment and spare part strategies
- Own and develop Turnaround/Outage Scope and Added Work Scope processes while optimizing cost, availability, and risk
- Interfaces with the reliability team to prioritize WENG work orders, and other improvement projects
- Engage fleet SMEs to leverage utilization of existing knowledge and future technology
- Interfaces with the Operations Team to understand critical equipment issues and needs
- Manages new work gatekeeping. Sets priorities for maintenance work.
- Oversees and manages production unit cost center spending
- Works with capital portfolio leader, and the project support team to manage the identification, prioritization, and advancement of capital projects

- 3+ years of experience working in an operations or maintenance role in manufacturing, industrial or military environment
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities such as mentoring/coaching, step up shift leader, or leading a team on projects/turnarounds/outages/etc.
- Experience with Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power BI, Etc. – Building and maintaining dashboards to track assets and reliability metrics)

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Equipment and/or manufacturing systems reliability experience
- Project Engineering experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience with Construction management, field execution, or craft coordination
- Experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance and FMCA (Failure Mode & Cause Analysis)
- 3+ years of experience in operations or maintenance in chemical plant or refinery
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in maintenance or in craft support (i.e.: Instrumentation & Electrical, rotating equipment, fixed equipment, etc.)
