Your Job
Responsible for the development of new and existing twinax products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Coordinating project transfers from design center to volume manufacturing in either Molex Guadalajara or Molex Philippines. Supports all projects in development, product testing, generates models, datasheets, engineering changes and other technical documents.

The focus of this position is to deliver new designs on schedule. The schedule impacts the global business unit team from marketing, materials, operations, and quality, manufacturing, and customer deadlines
What You Will Do
| Leads new raw cable development efforts from development of the product concept through volume production. |
| Ownership of critical path technology items – plans and oversees progress of projects against schedules. |
| Tooling Design, develops Solid and foam extrusion process design for polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC and other compounds. |
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- CAD experience required.
- Demonstrate competency in ASME Y14.5 GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Good knowledge of materials used in the wire and cable manufacturing process (dielectrics, foil tapes, mylars, wire
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalentWire and cable experience with focus on coaxial and twinax cable
