What You Will Do
- Driving sustainable and profitable spare parts growth with End users in the process industry markets within your designated territory.
- Establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensuring prompt and clear responses to customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support.
- Promoting our products, services, and sales with passion and enthusiasm, showcasing their value to customers.
- Taking the lead in the customer satisfaction process within your assigned territory, striving for exceptional client experience.
- Providing technical support to customers, offering expert guidance and solutions to meet their needs.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- University degree in engineering (e.g. process engineering, industrial engineering...).
- Entry level or first experience in the sales field.
- Good technical aptitude to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Capacity to handle administrative aspects of projects, including quotations, acknowledgments, letters of credit (L/C), and invoicing.
- Fluency in English. Any other languages will be valued, especially French, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic.
- Required travel of several days per month to fulfill business requirements and engage with clients or stakeholders.
