What You Will Do
· Support and cooperate with global design center of Molex
· Answer to DFMs & Mold Flow reports
· Conduct Tol Stack analysis
· Create DFMEAS & review PFMEA
· Review assembly line in preparation for DV & PV builds
· Conduct root cause analysis for failures
· Analysis/simulation product design and process risk, optimize product structure and cost sense
· Verify product design, prepare test plans and analyze verification results
· Complete relative develop documents and project files, meet projects time schedule and cost target
· Communicate with customer or supplier design team, improve products design, reduce risks before reaching manufacturing.
· Support and, when needed, design antenna structure and components for vehicle Finalize 3D modules and 2D drawings of components and assemblies.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor or Master Degree Major in Mechanical Engineering or related
· 5 year's of products design, manufacturing or equipment design experience in manufactory or design center
· Experience in using CATIA V5
· Knowledge of manufacturing and tooling & DFM process
· Knowledge in assembly fixture design and/or function
· ANSYS or other mechanical simulation software
· Strong knowledge in Tolerance Stack calculations
· Strong DFMEA & PFMEA knowledge
· Very good English written and communication skills, German would be nice to have
What Will Put You Ahead
Knowledge in sheet metal, plastic and Zink & Aluminum material, knowledge in plastic and sheet metal tooling.
Work experiments in Auto-related industry is mandatory, experience with German OEMs would be appreciated.
