Your Job
We are hiring for a Payroll Specialist to work in 10th of ramadan city, Sharqia Egypt. You will be Coordinating and processing specific countries activities in the regional payroll operations for Africa & Middle East, applying knowledge and experience in payroll processing within the specified countries.
You will also support other payroll-related activities of the HR and Finance operations teams, following policies, compliance needs and procedures, processing information for new hires, terminations, and other payroll information. Follow the payroll processing schedules and calendars, owning inputs and output of data, payroll reporting, data analysis, audit and Tax. Coordinate payroll activities, administers the adjustment pay, and termination pay process and provides an accurate and timely method of reporting payroll data to accounting.
Our Team
In this role you will be working as part of our dynamic HR team located in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Bahrain.
What You Will Do
- Preparation of the payroll and related activities, ensuring accuracy of payroll calculations, adherence to minimum internal controls. In line with Country laws and regulations ensuring data is compliant and consistent.
- Delivering excellent Customer Service working with the payroll Vendor, Finance and HR teams across multiple companies.
- Preparation and distribution of monthly, annual, and ad hoc payroll, HR and Finance reports.
- Responsibility for answering payroll queries.
- Support for internal and external audits.
- Support for government interactions and statutory submissions.

- Previous experiences in payroll and / or Finance background

- Knowledge of AME labor law, social insurance, tax regulations.
- Experience of financial processes and General Ledger mapping
- Experience of Payroll Processing
- Experience of working in a shared service environment
- Experience of HCM system/Ceridian Dayforce
