Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Auto Case Manager to support the administration and processing of automotive-related cases and documentation. This role is responsible for managing case records, reviewing and maintaining documentation, coordinating with customers and internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate case resolution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process incoming auto-related cases and requests.
- Maintain accurate and complete electronic case files and documentation.
- Communicate with customers, dealerships, vendors, insurance companies, and internal teams regarding case status and requirements.
- Verify information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
- Track case progress and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Enter, update, and manage data within company systems and databases.
- Generate correspondence, reports, and case-related documentation as needed.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to administrative processes and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of clerical, administrative, customer service, claims processing, or related experience.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, insurance, fleet management, warranty administration, or claims processing environments.
- Experience working with case management systems.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and documentation.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
