What You Will Do
- Lead and motivate a team of talented HR Shared Services Associates through Principled Based Management, providing ongoing coaching, development, and support to ensure they consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Articulate and align the team's vision with the broader organizational goals, inspiring and empowering them to contribute meaningfully to the company's success.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization, implementing innovative solutions, and tracking key metrics to drive sustainable operational excellence.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued, respected, and empowered to share their ideas.
- Use appropriate judgement to proactively communicate employee or center operations concerns and feedback to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and identify opportunities for process improvement and transformation.
- Contribute to the hiring and selection process to ensure that the team is staffed with highly skilled and motivated individuals who embody the Koch culture.

- Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationship and successfully coach and develop employees.
- Leadership experience in a customer service or contact center/shared services environment.
- Effective partnerships across teams and influencing management, peers, and direct reports in an inclusive style to leverage their abilities and knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to travel (10%). Passport and Visa valid for travel to the United States is required.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with HCM platforms, Knowledge Management (KCS), Data analytics or IT/HR customer service management software.
- Demonstrated ability to apply technology to solve business problems.
- HR knowledge and understanding of employee relations best practices.
