What You Will Do
· Promotes ownership and accountability throughout the Super User Network.
· This person works directly with the Business Readiness Leads (BRL) to manage the network through meeting prep and as the lead who oversees their site’s Super User Network.
· Partner with business & technical managers to deliver successful project by leading project teams, drive accountability and deliver project success.
· Proactively assess and mitigate project risks.
· Communicate status of testing and readiness to the Business Readiness Leads
· Monitoring the development of learning materials.
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements (Basic Qualifications):
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
· Experience using data analytics to identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and measure results.
· Understanding of methods and practices involved in providing direction, planning and communication on projects.
· Previous experience in ERP implementation.
What Will Put You Ahead
· Understanding and application of Principle Based Management (PBM) to daily tasks.
· Experience in Project Management
· Experience in a Business Process Transformation role
· Experience in Infor Products
· Understand of Process Improvement Methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile)
