Application Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure, maintain, and support enterprise applications and related integrations.
- Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal teams or vendors.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing scenarios.
- Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, support procedures, data mappings, and release notes.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, validate requirements, and communicate system changes.
- Monitor application performance, data quality, and integration results to ensure stable operations.
- Support implementation activities, including deployment planning, production validation, and post-release support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or HR/recruiting technology platforms.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting system testing.
- Working knowledge of application integrations, data files, APIs, or system interfaces.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting platforms.
- Familiarity with data integrations between enterprise systems.
- Experience with incident management, change management, or IT service management processes.
- Knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, or data reconciliation practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
