Koch Capabilities is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and project-specific support. This position involves extensive contact with various levels of internal personnel as well as external customers. The successful candidate must be professional in manner and demeanor, detail-oriented and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision. The ability to maintain confidential information is a must. Of equal importance are personal integrity, a strong work ethic, strong customer and compliance focus. The candidate must be naturally curious, a continuous learner and advance in the adoption of existing and new technology to find ways of automating and simplifying work processes. This role is based in Wichita, KS and works a 5 day a week onsite schedule.
Our Team
This role will be supporting the Risk Optimization Team in Koch Capabilities.
What You Will Do
- Maintaining and scheduling meetings through Microsoft Outlook
- Managing and drafting internal and external communications, including but not limited: all-hands meetings, team meetings, and leadership sessions
- Run cadence of monthly staff meetings and other important meetings, including planning agenda, organization, and follow-up on action items
- Coordinate large meetings and events that includes internal and external attendees in remote offices
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks for the executive team
- Act as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator as the first contact for leaders
- Creating and maintaining email distribution lists
- Reconciling purchasing card statements and preparing expense reports
- Coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements; this includes obtaining proper visa for entry into certain countries and renewing passports as needed
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Professional experience as an executive administrator or senior executive assistant supporting senior leadership executives
- Experience in Microsoft applications, such as: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, MS teams, etc.
- Experience scheduling travel, managing small projects, planning and executing events
- Experience drafting, editing and creating professional correspondences, memorandums, presentations, etc.
- Ability to travel to 10%

- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint
