We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner (m/f/d) to become part of our Molex team. You will play a key role in driving strategic partnerships with our Molex Global Sales & Marketing leaders. Our Team
You will be part of a multinational HR Team that supports our Global Sales & Marketing organization across 15 European countries. As part of our Employee Experience focus area, we’re constantly looking for ways to improve existing processes, policies and practices and to create new, smarter ways of working. You will become part of a creative and innovative team that knows how to drive changes in a complex organization with many stakeholders. Most importantly, our team is motivated by making changes for the better.
What You Will Do
- Providing holistic guidance, support, and development to our employees and supervisors/management in all operational and strategic areas.
- Act as a steward and drive enhancement of our company culture (PBM business philosophy).
- Advancing and coaching supervisors/management in their roles and fostering our corporate culture intensively through workshops and other initiatives.
- Implementing organizational and disciplinary measures while considering relevant legal and contractual regulations.
- Introducing and optimizing new and existing processes in the HR domain.
- Partnering with the legal and compliance departments to understand legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, managing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Proactively enhancing our HR processes in cooperation with the global corporate group.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Proven professional experience in human resources as a business partner, generalist or specialist, ideally in an international company
- Experience in developing/coaching employees and supervisors, as well as Talent Management.
- Knowledge of German labor law
- Experience in designing and facilitating workshops and other learning and development initiatives
- Reliability, commitment, and a proactive, confidential, and responsible work approach
- Excellent social and communication skills at all levels, proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with business stakeholders and a good sense of urgency
- Fluent language proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to travel
What Will Put You Ahead
- Degree in human resources management, psychology or business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable professional training would be beneficial
- Knowledge of an additional European language would be beneficial
