Our Team
As Human Resources team we are aware of the issues and challenges facing the company, bringing vision and focus to those priorities that align with the greatest needs of the business, working with manufacturing operational leaders in manufacturing sites.
What You Will Do
- Proactively coach and come along side Leaders to drive results through the disciplined application of PBM®
- Relentlessly and constructively challenging situations and behaviors that are not consistent with our PBM® Guiding Principles and, by extension, our Code of Conduct.
- Provide strategic guidance to leaders in areas of change management and employee development including but not limited to individual performance development, compensation, career, and talent development.
- Partnering with our recruitment capability to assure the business is being staffed with top hourly and salary talent to be able to meet its commitments with our customers.
- Make sure we are compliant with all Federal, State and Local employment regulations.
- Go one step ahead developing human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action to the business.

- Results oriented person with excellent communication skills, initiative and personal accountability.
- Always be “forward thinking” to anticipate needs and issues before they arise.
- Previous Human Resources Experience on a samilar role
- Fully bilingual English-Spanish
- Contribution motivated.
- Work on site (this is not a remote position) and ability to potentially move to other locations if needs arise (Local and global mobility).
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in manufacturing operations will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
