Koch Specialty Plant Services, a Koch Engineered Solutions Company, is looking for a Project Quality Manager to join our team! The Project Quality Manager is responsible for all quality facets of a project constructed by KSPS through every phase of a project, including project completion. Daily interactions with KSPS engineering, client, project managers, etc., to assure projects are prepared, executed, and completed in accordance with contract documents, and applicable code requirements.
*Role can be based out of our offices in Houston, TX; Tulsa, OK; or Baton Rouge, LA*

What You Will Do
- Work with Sales and Estimating on projects to review quotes/estimate as needed, and clarify the scope and impact of code/client requirements
- Review executed project scopes of work, project specifications, material types, welding requirements, and relay information to project team
- Effectively communicate expectations to the project leadership team and other project parties using our Engineering Resource Planning tools and Inspection Test Plan Documents
- Develop Project Weld Map/Flange Mapping, specific ITP's or Travelers and quality plan
- Interface with Engineering to prepare installation packages by reviewing project specific weld procedures, welder testing requirements, continuity, composing RFI’s, and review and comment on drawings for field installation
- Interface with the Document Control department to help to provide accurate client/project protocols and responsibilities for each project
- Quality Project kick off with Project Management team and subcontractors
- Review returned project package documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Review and approve procedures, written practice, and NDE Certifications for NDE contractors
- Support Quality Team with continuous transformation and innovation of how quality is performed, documented and KPI’s are presented.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Craft trades experience in the petrochemical and/or oil & gas industry
- 1+ years of Quality Lead/Management experience
- Must have a current CWI and/or API 510
- Experience developing ITP's
- Experience with NDE processes and procedure’s
- The ability to travel up to 15% and perform field audits as needed
What Will Put You Ahead
- 10 years of craft trades experience in the petrochemical and/or oil & gas industry
- Experience migrating to a digital record keeping process during projects
- ASNT certification
- AWS certification
