Your Job
The Cycle Counter is responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy and performing cycle counts to ensure that all materials are properly accounted for, comparing the inventory-to-inventory logs and documents. This is a second shift role, and the hours are 2 PM- 10PM.
Our Team
This role will be working with the inventory analyst and production departments to ensure accurate inventory levels.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for providing daily inventory count: Monitor/maintain organization of parts within the warehouses for accuracy of counting process, analyze any discrepancies to find root cause, accurately fix and document inventory discrepancies, input and track inventory accuracy, move inventory with forklift to obtain accurate counts.
- Responsible for following all environmental policies, procedures, work instructions and requirements applicable to his or her work, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Responsible for immediately reporting to management all environmental concerns related to work being carried out, as well as, all incidents, which present a hazard to people, production, or the environment.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Accurate counting and product identification skills preferred.
- Familiar with CM 5.3
- Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, frequently throughout shift.
- Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and perform work indoors/outdoors as needed.
- Ability to see close, distance, color, with or without the aid of corrective visions aid.
- Forklift certification/experience.

The employee will be required to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently on a daily basis.
